The new era of management consultancy. Using Systemic and force fields work to help organizations diagnose and solve repeated issues in their business such as drop in sales, lack of clarity on the right strategy, high employee turnover, low employee morale and many more. This modality looks at an organization as a "human organization" made from multiple humans and their interactions which might lead to entanglements that are not easily identified without such in depth systemtic work. This modality is based on the work of Bert Hellinger and family constellations but adjusted to suit the business world. It is as if you are doing therapy for the business or organization itself. Findings from the organizational constellations would then be used to create a customized action plan to fix the business in a way that would be suitable and actionable for the humans who will execute it. This package is customized per company and it's need to include: 1- Organizational Constellation Workshop: to diagnose and help shift organizational issues. (2-3 hours) 2- multiple customized workshops: done specifically based on findings from the main constellation to help diagnose and solve any further issues such as right structure/hierarchy, loyalty in company, belonging...etc (30-45 minutes per workshop) 3- Management consultancy: a detailed recommendation and action plan based on previous findings to be agreed upon with the executives and management team for the company. This might include recommendation for 1:1 therapy or coaching for key employees but would be discusses separately on need basis with the company.
