The first steps is to book your free consultation to talk to a therapist to discuss your needs and see if we are the right fit for you. You can easily book via whatsapp. The consultation session consists of 2 parts, understanding your individual needs and history and explaining to you the different therapies and modalities we use so you can decide what is the best next step in your healing journey.

Therapy is mainly provided in English, Arabic or a blend of both as per each client’s needs.

We believe that spirituality is an integral part of the subconscious mind and thus can be very useful to create a strong base for sustainable healing. However, each person’s approach to faith and spirituality is different, thus in your free consultations our therapists will discuss with you the level with which you would want to integrate this aspect. Our founder is a practicing Muslim studying different aspects of Islamic psychology in hopes to support Muslims around the work seeking mental health experts that understand their faith and culture and it’s challenges in our current world.

How does Hypnotherapy work?

Hypnotherapy works on resolving and finding the root of trauma and mental health challenges via enabling the client to connect directly to their subconscious mind during the sessions. This enables faster results and sustainable change via creating new neuropathways for the approach of life the client desirers. Client is fully awake and in control during the session yet simply in a meditative like trance in which the subconscious mind that holds the answers to the core issues is at the surface and in control.
